About this policy
This policy describes how AllDigital (ABN 88 550 373 118) handles information provided through the AllDigital website and services.
Information we collect
We collect information needed to run the Wi-Fi check, supply a paid Fix Plan, recover an existing paid plan, respond to an enquiry or arrange a service. Depending on what you use, this may include diagnostic answers, speed-test results, equipment details, order information, your name, email address, optional phone number, suburb, preferred time and description of the problem.
Equipment photos
If you choose photo identification, the selected equipment images are sent to OpenAI for analysis so the service can help identify the equipment shown. The image files are not added to AllDigital's local orders or enquiries database. Do not include passwords, account details, people, documents or unrelated private information in a photo.
How we use information
We use it to provide the requested diagnosis or support, communicate with you, process orders, prevent misuse, keep service records and improve the service. We do not sell customer information.
Website analytics
AllDigital uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website and where the Wi-Fi diagnostic can be improved. Google Analytics may process technical and usage information such as pages viewed, interactions with the website, general device and browser information, and approximate location information. AllDigital does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, Wi-Fi passwords or the contents of equipment photos to Google Analytics.
Service providers
Stripe processes payment information. OpenAI processes equipment photos submitted for identification. Google Analytics processes website usage and measurement information. Google Workspace processes business email. Website, internet and security providers process technical information needed to operate and protect the service. Their own privacy terms also apply.
Storage and security
Order and enquiry details are stored in the AllDigital service database and protected using reasonable access and security controls. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for service, accounting, legal, dispute and security purposes. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion where appropriate. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal, accounting, dispute or security requirements.
